During our first term this year, we have been learning about the art of ancient Benin. We took a trip to the British Museum on the last day of term to see these wonderful  artefacts for ourselves. It was amazing to see items we had only seen in pictures, up close - we really understood how talented and creative the people of ancient Benin were.
